Client & Operations Advisor

Summary The Client and Operations Advisor combines client-facing sales and client development with back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless luxury experience and efficient store functionality. This hybrid role supports sales goals, clienteling, after-sales service, inventory management, and operational compliance. Responsibilities Deliver luxury client service across all phases of the client journey and participate in OTO appointments and private client experiences. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clienteling to support store KPIs. Handle all sales and after-sales activities including returns, repairs, complaints, and escalation to management as needed. Execute cycle counts and annual inventory audits; maintain a clean, organized, and secure stockroom and replenish floor stock. Follow operations procedures for consignments, transfers, messenger deliveries, and omnichannel fulfillment; prepare and manage shipments and transfers. Support front-of-house presentation and visual merchandising in collaboration with the in-store visual team. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail with both client service and operations background. Proven track record in sales, client development, and escalated customer service situations. Experience with retail systems including POS and SAP and prior sales, after-sales, or stock associate experience. Strong organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills; team-oriented and adaptable. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
