Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and less on lead hunting. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver tailored sales presentations to individuals and groups, addressing client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide ongoing support and service, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, products, and market conditions to position our life insurance offerings effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).
