HVAC Lead Installation Technician

ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our Lake Mary, FL team. Are you prepared to support our growing residential installation division by completing high-quality installations? This position earns a competitive $50,000-$65,000/year , plus benefits after 90 days of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience (commercial experience will be considered)
• Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
• Clean driving record
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
• The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
