You Have: 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment, including in military headquarters or policy environments Experience coordinating actions and initiatives across multiple organizations or stakeholders Experience preparing senior leaders for meetings, briefings, and decisions Experience developing staff products, including memos, decision papers, and reports Experience with tools such as MS SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI Ability to track and manage tasks to completion, ensuring deadlines are met Ability to synthesize complex information into concise and actionable recommendations Ability to prioritize competing requirements Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in public administration, political science, or business Nice If You Have: 7+ years of experience working in a professional or operational environment Experience briefing senior leaders or executives Experience with interagency, joint, or multinational environments Experience with project management or as a staff officer Experience with military service, civil service, or government contracting Knowledge of organizational hierarchy, decision‑making processes, staff processes, task management systems, and organizational policy compliance Ability to adapt in ambiguous and fast‑paced environments Possession of strong organizational, time‑management skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal Master’s degree Project management or change management Certification Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well‑being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
