Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN

Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN
Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour
Schedule: PRN (As Needed)
Shift Length: 8–10 Hour Shifts
Minimum Commitment: At least 3 shifts per month
Shift Hours: Day Shift with Flexible Scheduling

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. This position offers flexible day-shift scheduling with 8–10 hour shifts, making it ideal for nurses seeking work-life balance while maintaining clinical practice. The PRN RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and support positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote a safe and positive environment for patients.
• Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 1 year of previous nursing experience.
