Surgical Intermediate Nursing Assistant, Full-Time

About the Role We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide individualized patient care in a supportive environment. Position Full Time – Night shift (United States of America) Responsibilities Providing patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN. Performing direct and indirect patient care tasks. Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation, and positioning. Anticipating patients’ family needs proactively. Individualizing and modifying care according to patient needs. Collaborating with other health‑care team members to enhance patient care. Supporting patient safety and satisfaction by performing regular patient rounds and communicating effectively with team members while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Valid Nurse Assistant (MO) certification from Missouri Division of Health and Human Services. Applicable experience of less than one year. Strong communication and time‑management skills.
