US MedTech Legal Counsel - Build US Function (Remote)

Caristo Diagnostics is seeking a commercially minded US attorney to become the company’s first legal hire in the United States. You will build out the US legal function, handle US commercial agreements, and manage legal/regulatory risk in a fast-paced medtech environment.

The role requires a JD, active US bar, and at least six years of experience in legitimate law practice, with strong drafting and negotiation capability to support worldwide operations.
