Sales Associate
Compensation: $20-$25/hour + 10% commission on sales (Potentially it could be 65K-70K/year)
Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | In-Office
Compass Registered Agent is an international Corporate Service Provider that helps entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses establish companies around the world and maintain ongoing corporate compliance. Our team works with clients globally, providing entity formation, registered agent services, annual compliance, and corporate support across multiple jurisdictions.
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team.
If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in sales.
As a Sales Associate, you will generate new business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, qualify leads, and work closely with our experienced sales team to help guide clients through the sales process. You won't be doing it alone-we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you become successful.
This is a team-oriented position where you'll play an important role in helping our sales team build strong client relationships and successfully close new business.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound calls, email, and social media.
Build relationships with prospective clients and learn about their business needs.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Work closely with experienced sales professionals throughout the sales process.
Support the team in moving qualified opportunities toward successful closed deals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up with leads.
Participate in ongoing sales training and continuously develop your communication and sales skills.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
