Insync Consulting is seeking a dependable Outpatient Services Coordinator to support scheduled outpatient services, patient registration, appointment coordination, and clerical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate patient admission and discharge processes
- Complete and verify patient registration and financial information
- Collect and document patient financial responsibility
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Confirm appointments and provide patients with necessary instructions
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files and information
- Enter patient status changes and updates into the computer system
- Provide general clerical support and perform other duties as assigned
- Follow established procedures, guidelines, and daily work instructions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
- Associate’s or Technical Degree preferred
- Healthcare, patient registration, scheduling, or clerical experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately within established procedures and guidelines
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working directly with patients in a healthcare environment.
