Travel Physical Therapist - $2,212 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care, medical condition assessment, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. Establish and administer individualized treatment programs with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under the physician’s direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient conditions, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop plans of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet physical therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and pass the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/ PT or be in the process of obtaining one. Current CPR certification. Other requirements to be determined by client facility.
