Job Description
Title: Staff Registered Nurse

Schedule: 7 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio
- CPR certification required
- Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care of each patient according to the nursing process.
- Provide education for patients and families from admission through discharge.
- Document nursing processes accurately and thoroughly.
- Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
- Notify physicians of changes in patient status and implement physician orders as directed.
