Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel The responsibilities of a physical therapist include: diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan; teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques; providing stimulation or massage to promote healing; and assisting patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers. Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
