Personal Injury Attorney

A well-established personal injury plaintiff's firm in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The firm has recovered over $1 billion for clients and represents accident victims in a wide range of matters including auto and trucking accidents, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Investigate accidents and injuries, gather evidence, and build case strategy Negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair settlements for clients Prepare and litigate cases that proceed to trial, including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout their case Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and other attorneys on the team Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Missouri Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases (auto accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, or similar) Trial experience or demonstrated willingness to take cases to verdict Strong negotiation, communication, and client-relationship skills Ability to manage a active caseload independently What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Collaborative team environment with support staff and case managers Opportunity to work on high-value, high-impact cases Strong firm reputation and established client base The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $160,000.
