Licensed Psychotherapist (Spanish Speaking Preferred)

Location: Serenity Center
Schedule: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)
Compensation: $55–$65 per 45-minute session

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Experience providing therapy in outpatient or similar settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care
• Reliable, compassionate, and client-focused

• Provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to support holistic care
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions
