About the Role

As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll be involved in the full sales process. You'll connect with prospective clients, learn about their goals and situations, evaluate opportunities, present solutions, negotiate terms, and help move transactions toward completion.

This is a full-time, in-office position designed for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow within the real estate industry.

What You'll Do

• Proactively contact prospective clients and identify potential real estate opportunities.

• Connect with prospects by phone, video, and other communication channels.

• Build genuine rapport and establish trust with property owners and prospects.

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each opportunity and the client's needs.

• Present solutions and clearly communicate the value of working with Onnix Investments.

• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized pipeline.

• Negotiate terms and work toward securing agreements.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales activity in the CRM.

• Collaborate with internal team members to move opportunities forward.

• Continuously improve your sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Earning Potential

This is a commission-only opportunity with significant earning potential.

Expected earning potential: $50,000–$250,000 annually , based on performance and successful deal production.
