Maintenance/Plant Operations Director

Introduction The Lodge at Natchez Trace is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Director to join our team and provide maintenance and repair services to our community. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the community. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the community Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the facility is in good working condition Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Director or in a similar role Skilled in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus Perks Competitive salary Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan (US only), Employer RRSP match (Canada only) Professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment Job Duty Disclaimer: This job description summarizes the primary duties and qualifications but is not all-inclusive.
