Responsibilities

Expand Waters' spectral flow cytometry market presence within clinical diagnostics
Drive customer engagement, instrument evaluations, and reagent adoption initiatives
Optimize customer workflows and serve as scientific liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
Translate customer requirements into commercial and product development strategies
Collaborate with sales, applications, marketing, and product management teams

Requirements

Degree-level qualification or equivalent education and experience
Scientific and technical expertise in flow cytometry or related analytical instrumentation
Strong customer engagement and technical communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across sales, applications, marketing, and product teams
Willingness to work primarily on-site with field-based presence across multiple US locations

Compensation: $95,600–$153,000 USD annual
