Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intermediate Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years of recent acute care experience License: Current State License Certifications: Required certifications valid in the state Must-Have Skills/Experience: Travel experience required Description: Seeking a dedicated RN for an Intermediate Care unit. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience. The position offers guaranteed hours of 36 per week. The unit consists of 30 beds, with patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:3. The equipment utilized includes an electronic health record system. The supervisor of the unit will be in charge of oversight. Patient population includes adults and geriatrics. Common cases include STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, and sepsis. The role requires floating to medical-surgical and telemetry units. Weekend hours and call requirements are part of this position. The ideal candidate should display a suitable personality fit for the team. Candidates are expected to wear scrubs. No block scheduling requests will be considered.
