As our client’s next Director of FP&A, you'll be the lead budget and financial strategy. Bring creative energy and vision to take their FP&A function to the next level.

• Collaborate with cross-functional members to analyze performance and turn financial data into decision support and strategic planning.
• Own the annual budgeting process - work with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Establish KPIs to monitor our financial performance on stage.
• Prepare engaging financial reports and presentations that highlight key trends for leadership team. Conduct variance analysis to improve our operational efficiency and optimize costs.
• Lead financial modeling to assess different business scenarios and support our long-term strategic planning.
• Stay current on all the latest shaking up the Tech industry.

Requirements:

• 6+ years corporate FP&A experience in the technology and/or software industry, with 3+ years leading a team.
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting/Business Administration and MBA or CPA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to breakdown complex financial data.
• Present financial information to engage any audience.
• You have mastered financial modeling, budgeting software, and advanced Excel shredding.
• You have a proven track record of improving processes and implementing best practices in FP&A.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic Tech environment with bright lights.
