Ultrasound Sonographer

Position Summary As a Vascular Sonographer at USA Clinics Group, you will perform high-quality ultrasound examinations focused on the vascular system, primarily on patients' lower extremities, providing an excellent patient experience. Position Details Location: Cary, NC Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, available between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation: $43–$47 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Certification Required: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS), or Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RpHS); candidates eligible for certification within 90 days of employment are acceptable Training: Must be available for out-of-state full-time training; company covers flight, hotel, car rental, and reimbursed meals Key Responsibilities Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations and produce detailed reports for physicians Collaborate with physicians to explain examination results and treatment options to patients Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including equipment setup and cleanup Maintain timely ultrasound exam workflow to ensure efficient patient flow Coordinate with administrative and medical staff for availability and delivery of ultrasound services Participate in continuous professional development and adhere to organization standards Assist with ultrasound equipment maintenance and inventory monitoring Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising physician or clinic management Requirements Certificate of completion from an accredited ultrasound program Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS), or Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RpHS) OR ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong multitasking, prioritization, and teamwork skills Full-time Ultrasound Technologist position, 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) at our Cary clinic Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with match Paid time off (PTO) #J-18808-Ljbffr USA Vein Clinics, Vascular, Fibroid and Oncology Centers
