Ideal Experience

• Overall,15-18 years of professional experience in IT and business transformationprograms.
• 10+years of experience leading enterprise application, Salesforce/CRM, sales,pricing, or commercial transformation initiatives.
• Deepexpertise in the Salesforce platform is required.
• Experiencewith Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data, andcustomer-facing business processes is highly preferred.
• Demonstratedexperience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs andassessing downstream impacts on integrated applications.
• Provenability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively acrossbusiness and technology organizations.
• Strongskills in facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, technicalspecifications, and executive-level communication.

Salesforce Architecture Expertise

• Candidatemust be a seasoned Salesforce Architect with a proven track record ofdesigning and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Stronghands-on experience with both:
• SalesCloud
• ServiceCloud
• Shouldbe able to define solution architecture, integration approaches, and bestpractices aligned with business objectives.

Business Stakeholder Communication

• Mustpossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Abilityto effectively engage with business leaders, executives, and keystakeholders on-site.
• Shouldbe capable of translating business requirements into scalable Salesforcesolutions and articulating technical recommendations in business terms.

Leadership and Team Management

• Musthave experience leading project teams and driving solution delivery.
• Provenability to coordinate and collaborate with offshore technical teams,including developers, administrators, and integration specialists.
• Shouldbe comfortable providing technical direction, managing dependencies, andensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
