What You Bring Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged. Experience with K-12 populations, with comfort providing services at both elementary and secondary levels. Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills. What You'll Do Provide speech and language therapy to students, focusing on elementary while also supporting specialized secondary units. Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Deliver direct and consultative services to students with varied communication needs.
