A Trailer Mechanic plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of trailers through thorough maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Working primarily within a small team, this role involves handling routine upkeep as well as urgent repairs, utilizing both manual tools and diagnostic software to maintain trailer functionality.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine trailer maintenance to ensure operational safety
- Conduct thorough safety inspections to identify potential issues
- Replace worn or damaged parts promptly to minimize downtime
- Implement preventive maintenance practices to avoid costly repairs
- Handle emergency repair tasks efficiently within the team
- Operate specialized machinery and diagnostic tools effectively

- 1+ years of experience in vehicle or trailer maintenance
