Lead Diesel Technician
Location: Maxwell, IN
Schedule: Mon to Fri, 7am to 4pm
Immediate openings available for the right mechanic.

Well-established, family-owned company in the building materials industry with multiple locations across the country - Seeking an experienced Diesel Technician who can work independently, diagnose problems, and keep trucks and heavy equipment running safely while reducing equipment downtime.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Service loaders, skid steers, forklifts, concrete mixers, and other equipment.
• Perform PMs, diagnostics, troubleshooting (and occasional welding).
• Be able to work independently and respond to occasional roadside repair needs.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience.
• Strong experience with trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs.
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and welding experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record. CDL preferred.

What We Offer

• Schedule: Mon to Fri, generally 7am to 4pm
• Salary: $30 to $35/hour to start (depending on experience)
• Overtime: Readily available, with most mechanics working 40 to 50 hours per week.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
