Maintenance TechnicianThe Roving Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs across multiple commercial retail properties. This role responds to service requests, conducts routine property inspections, and ensures all assigned properties are maintained in a safe, clean, and professional condition. Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, vacant spaces, utility rooms, roofs, and building systems, as well as coordinating vendor services and supporting property operations.The technician will maintain an inventory of tools and supplies, submit expense reports, and oversee the upkeep, fueling, and scheduled maintenance of the company vehicle used to travel between properties.
