Qualifications: • Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. • Ability to conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs. • Proven track record of responding promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring tenant and owner satisfaction. • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the team on remodeling projects. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities for transparency and accountability. • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes to ensure compliance and occupant well-being. • Capability to manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment efficiently. Compensation: $17 - $30 per hour DOE
