Position Overview: Our food and beverage team atCutalongat Tributer Resort isseekinga friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Steward/Dishwasherto join our team. The Stewardis responsible formaintainingcleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, andassistingwith basic food prep and inventory organization as needed. This role is crucial to ensuring a safe and efficient kitchen operation. Responsibilities General responsibilities include: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using manual and automatic dishwashing methods Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste according to restaurant procedures Assistwith receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries and supplies Ensure all cleaning and sanitation supplies are stocked and stored properly Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and back-of-house areas at all times Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations as required by local laws Assistchefs and kitchen staff with basic prep tasks (e.g., peeling vegetables) when needed Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications No formal educationrequired; prior stewarding or kitchen experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail Ability tolift upto 50lbsand stand for extended periods Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings Salary: $16 - $20 per hour (hourly) #J-18808-Ljbffr CoralTree Hospitality Group
