Do you enjoy creating great customer experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We're looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our team in Porterville, CA. If you have a passion for coffee, customer service, and working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks, and other menu items according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Support other store duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous barista, food service, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying shifts
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
