Villa Restaurant Group is opening a new Starbucks location at Orlando International Airport, and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join our team.

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing high-quality beverages and food items.

Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service

Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to standard

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Follow all food safety and cash handling procedures

Work as part of a team to meet service and sales goals

We're looking for someone with:

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to obtain airport badging (background check required)
