Operations Manager

Job Description

eLot Recycling, Inc. is seeking a Operations Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing shipments as well as supervision of warehouse staff and sorting and segregating of incoming material and all related paperwork.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage Staff
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Coordinate and schedule incoming and outgoing loads
Process and implement paperwork cased on R2 certification requirements
Communicate with office on a daily basis any issues or reporting

Qualifications:

Previous operations experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities

We focus on the recycling, de-manufacturing and refurbishing of computers and electronics throughout the U.S. We also recycle all types of mercury lamps, bulbs and ballasts, and all types of batteries and universal waste.
