DuPont Multibase™ is seeking a Quality Leader to join our site leadership team in Copley, Ohio. In this highly visible role, you will lead the site QA/QC laboratory team and oversee the plant's quality management systems while serving as a key member of the manufacturing leadership team. What You’ll Do Lead and Develop Talent Inspire, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals and laboratory staff. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and open communication. Drive employee development through performance management, career planning, and regular feedback. Drive Quality Excellence Lead, maintain, and continually improve the site Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015. Ensure products meet customer specifications through effective quality controls, testing, release processes, and complaint management. Develop and deploy quality planning strategies that advance business objectives and customer satisfaction. Establish, monitor, analyze, and communicate key quality performance metrics. Champion Continuous Improvement Lead troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives. Support yield improvement, process optimization and prevention of recurring quality issues. Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities to improve products, manufacturing processes, and business systems. Drive corrective and preventive actions that strengthen performance and prevent recurrence. Partner Across the Business Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Commercial, Technology, and Global Quality teams. Translate customer requirements into actionable quality strategies and site capabilities. Influence stakeholders across functions to support quality initiatives and operational excellence. Represent the Site Externally Serve as the primary customer contact for escalated quality issues. Lead customer, supplier, and ISO certification audits. Represent the site with customers, regulatory agencies, governing bodies, and DuPont business leadership. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and achieving results. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, or management-related field. Previous supervisory or project management experience. Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or industrial laboratory environments. Experience working within manufacturing operations and quality management systems.
