Complete accident/incident report as necessary.Admit, discharge, transfer residents as required. Ensure that all aide trainees are under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.Ensure that established policies and procedures are followed by all departmental personnel.Make daily rounds of the nursing department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards. Report findings to DNS.Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs.Qualifications & Experience Requirements for RN Supervisor:Previous Experience as a RN Supervisor preferredLicensed Registered NurseMust have an active Certification as an (RN) Registered Nurse in the state of CTMinimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience.
