Distribution Specialist - A Shift

The Camping World Midwest Distribution center operates 24 hours around the clock Shipping, Order Picking, Direct to Consumer, Put away, Inventory, Receiving and Inbound./ppWe are hiring Non-Equipment and Equipment Operators (standup forklift, order picker, reach truck, dock truck, walkie rider) based on experience and interest. For career advancement, we offer a variety of training options, Educational Assistance Benefits along with our strong preference to promote from within providing strong pathways to help your career development./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliProcess merchandise according to Camping World policies and procedures to ensure merchandise is distributed efficiently and accurately./liliReceive incoming merchandise, Inventory sorting or counting, processing orders, picking merchandise, packaging, and shipping merchandise./liliVerify required inbound/outbound documents/labels to ensure merchandise counts are accurate and product is free of damage./liliUse RF Scanners, computers, and handheld printers./liliOperate material handling equipment safely up to the height of 30 feet./liliCommunicate system and merchandise issues to the Leadership Team./liliCommunicate issues with equipment, product, or structure immediately./liliComplete all duties assigned, including general warehouse duties when business needs require it./liliMaintain a clean and orderly work area./li/ulh3What Youll Need to Have for the Role:/h3ulliHigh School diploma or GED equivalent./liliMust be at least 18 years of age./liliAbility to perform basic tasks such as reading, counting, basic math calculations./liliMinimum of one year experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Material Management preferred./liliBe a team player and have a cooperative mindset./liliBe punctual and ready to work./liliFlexibility in work assignments is essential./liliMust be willing to be cross trained as business needs dictate./liliBe willing to learn all types of equipment used in the DC./li/ulh3Physical Requirements Include:/h3ulliStanding, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts./liliLifting up to 50 lbs. and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistive devices./li/ulpPay Range:/ppIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
