Therapist - Cumberland Campus About Acenda Integrated Health Acenda Integrated Health provides behavioral health programs across New Jersey, including mental health services, crisis care, substance use recovery, family therapy, maternal and pediatric support, and residential programs. Program Info Rowan College of South Jersey, a regional institution serving Gloucester and Cumberland counties, partnered with Acenda to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based mental health therapy services to students via Wellness Centers on campus. Job Overview The therapist works within the Wellness Center, providing counseling services in an open‑access system, performing intake appointments, and collaborating with the team using evidence‑based protocols. Responsibilities include face‑to‑face client service and ensuring quality of care. Responsibilities Provide emotional support and appropriate intervention strategies and adjust services accordingly. Meet level of service (LOS) expectations. Be available on site at the identified RCSJ Wellness Center. Develop and implement treatment plans and assist with crisis assessment. Conduct individual and/or group counseling sessions. Uphold ethical standards in accordance with the Social Work Code of Ethics. Educate self on issues impacting the program population. Meet communication, supervisory, program quality, and client interaction requirements as outlined in the program manual. Attend program staff meetings at least once per month. Effectively engage all client populations. Work collaboratively with coworkers, RCSJ partners, and agency staff to communicate and problem‑solve. Submit documentation within program requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree and a professional or associate level license: LCSW, LPC, LSWL, LSW, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT in the state of practice. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances. Ability to analyze work, set goals, develop plans, and utilize time effectively and efficiently. Additional Information Hourly Rate: $60,000–$65,000 (depending on licensure). Schedule: Day; possible evenings. Location: 3322 College Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360. Bilingual Rate: Additional $3,120 for Spanish proficiency.
