Human Resources Business Partner ( ADP Required - Nonprofit)

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with an established organization in the Smyrna, GA area that is looking to add an HR Business Partner to their team. The HR Business Partner will support 125+ employees. This is a highly visible role focused on driving HR initiatives, supporting leaders, and contributing to a strong and evolving company culture.

The organization has undergone significant transformation in recent years and is looking for someone who can quickly build trust, understand the business, and serve as a true partner to leadership

Key Responsibilitie

s:Act as a strategic partner to leadership on employee relations and performance management matte
rsSupport full employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, and offboardi
ngAdminister and support benefits and leave of absence (LOA) process
esProvide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practic
esAssist in driving a positive, evolving company cultu
reServe as backup support for payroll (training provide
d)Support or lead HR system initiatives, including integration efforts within ADP Workforce N
