Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Reseda, CA

As a valued member of the educational support team, you will work with a diverse student population, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating closely with educators and families. This role welcomes both experienced clinicians and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year nurturing growth and professional development in a supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
• California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) authorization
• Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy services (pull-out, push-in, group, or individual formats)
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals to support holistic student success
• Monitor and report student progress, participating in IEP meetings as needed
