Production Operator

The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Operate Machinery & Equipment: Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment according to safety and quality standards. Perform routine inspections and minor troubleshooting of machines. Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules. Assemble, package, or inspect products to ensure they meet company specifications. Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout production. Report defects or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor. Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards. Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record production data, downtime, and material usage. Communicate issues and improvement suggestions to the team. Profile Qualifications & Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred. Skills: Ability to read and follow work instructions. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for long periods. Offer Comfortable working in a cold/wet environment.
