We are currently seeking a SAP Datasphere Architect / Data Migration Architect to join our team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Business Data Cloud Architect to lead enterprise-scale analytics and data warehousing initiatives. This full-time role will focus on designing and implementing SAP’s modern data ecosystem leveraging SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Business Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data modeling, semantic layers, and SAP’s emerging data product constructs and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture and implementation of SAP Business Data Cloud solutions for analytics and enterprise data warehousing.

- Design and build scalable data models and semantic layers using SAP Datasphere.

- Define and operationalize SAP data product constructs for reusable, governed data assets.

- Drive development of intelligent data applications leveraging SAP’s analytics and AI capabilities.

- Architect end-to-end integration across SAP and non-SAP systems for unified data access.

- Implement best practices in data governance, data quality, and lineage within Datasphere.

- Lead SAC implementation including dashboards, planning, and advanced analytics scenarios.

- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate analytics requirements into robust data solutions.

- Ensure performance optimization and scalability of data pipelines and analytical models.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring teams and enforcing design standards.

Required Qualifications:

- 12+ years of SAP data and analytics experience.

- Proven experience as an architect/lead delivering SAP Datasphere projects.

- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) including reporting, dashboarding, and planning.

- Deep understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud strategy and architecture.

- Strong knowledge of SAP data product constructs and intelligent applications.

- Experience in enterprise data warehousing, data modeling (e.g., star schema, data vault), and semantic modeling.

- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources (e.g., S/4HANA, BW, cloud platforms).

- Proficiency in SQL, data transformations, and performance tuning.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA modernization or transformations.

- Knowledge of SAP AI/ML capabilities within analytics landscape.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in data architectures.

- Familiarity with data governance tools and frameworks.

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

Leadership Expectations:

- Act as a strategic advisor for enterprise data transformation initiatives.

- Drive adoption of modern SAP data architecture principles.

- Mentor teams and build analytics engineering capabilities.
