Civil Engineer – Site Design

Full-Time
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3–10 years of experience in site design to join a growing engineering team in the Orlando area. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to work on a diverse range of land development and infrastructure projects in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop site design plans for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects
- Perform grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and roadway design
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and municipal agencies
- Assist with permitting and regulatory approvals
- Support project planning, design calculations, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–10 years of experience in civil/site development design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of land development principles, stormwater systems, and permitting processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience working on projects in Florida is a plus
