Website: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employment: Full-Time or Part-Time Locations: St. Paul, MN & Minneapolis, MN Job Summary The Back of House / Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This role supports daily kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, sanitation, and teamwork to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards Cut, marinate, portion, and rotate ingredients properly Maintain food quality, freshness, and proper temperature controls Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Follow sanitation and safety guidelines at all times Support catering and high-volume service periods Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and supply organization Work collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate service Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Food safety certification preferred Ability to follow recipes and standardized procedures Strong time management and communication skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment English proficiency required; Spanish a plus Work Environment Kitchen environment including heat, cold storage, wet surfaces, and fast-paced service periods. Minimal outdoor exposure in Minnesota weather when necessary.
