Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to align with customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales effectively and ethically.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, product features, and competitive market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and legal requirements related to vehicle sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for automobiles and a strong interest in automotive technology and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, as needed.
