This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Home Health RN who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes while maintaining a strong work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation and be confident managing the clinical needs of patients throughout the home health episode of care.
