Outside Sales Rep (B2B) – $80K–$130K+ Year 1 | Uncapped Commission | High-Demand Service
Territory: South San Francisco → San Jose | Field-Based

We’re growing fast and need a true hunter who’s comfortable in the field, talking to business owners, and closing deals.

What You’ll Earn

• $80,000–$130,000+ in Year 1 (base + uncapped commission)
• Our current salesperson made over $130k last year in their first full year.
• Bonuses for hitting targets
• Car + phone allowance

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting daily (in-person) at warehouses, industrial parks & construction sites
• Finding businesses using large roll-off dumpsters (20–40 yard)
• Pitching a clear cost-saving solution (this isn’t a “nice-to-have”)
• Running quick on-site evaluations and demos
• Closing deals and building long-term accounts
• Owning your territory and pipeline

• Able to work independently in the field
