Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department Location Longview, TX | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Mids Shift (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM) | Projected Start: November 2, 2026 Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting with a standard patient ratio of 4:1 (unless assigned to fast track or triage) Deliver standard emergency nursing care across a 24-bed department plus 4 hall beds Operate within the facility's EMR system (MEDHOST) Perform or support ultrasound-guided IV placement as needed Adhere to facility dress code: any solid color scrubs Observe scheduled blackout periods: weekend after Thanksgiving, week of Christmas, and week of New Year's (maximum 3 shifts of RTO) Required Qualifications Current RN license valid to practice in the State of Texas ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC) PALS certification required (AHA or ARC) ENPC certification required TNCC certification required Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with ultrasound-guided IV placement Prior experience with MEDHOST EMR Background in high-volume or trauma-level emergency settings Why Join Us No call, no floating, and no block scheduling requirements — offering a more predictable and focused assignment experience Opportunity to work in a structured Emergency Department environment with a defined patient ratio and a clear 13-week engagement Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 789124.
