COTA PRN - Lake Worth Beach, Florida $40/hour Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center. As a COTA PRN, you will have the opportunity to work with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents. About the Role Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and independence Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group activities to promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to track residents' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and promote a positive rehabilitation environment Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents' progress and treatment plans Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA Current certification as a COTA (COTA/L) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately About Us At Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, we are dedicated to providing a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for our residents and staff.
