Cross Country Locums
Scope of Work As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk‑in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Work Dates Needed 20, 22, 26, 27, 29 & April 11, 12, 17, 20, 24, 27, 31 Preferred Schedule 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Mondays and 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on other days of the week. Worksite Setting Outpatient – freestanding clinic Licenses, Certifications & Requirements Active, unrestricted Arizona license Board certification DEA registration BLS certification DOT certification EMR AllScripts #J-18808-Ljbffr
