This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.General Responsibilities:Serve as an Instructor and provide members an amazing Group Fitness experience.Engage in marketing and social media outreach and participate in events to gain a loyal following of Chelsea Piers Fitness members.Act as a Brand Ambassador for Chelsea Piers Fitness.Provide excellent customer service, externally and internally.Participate in special and member events as scheduled, virtually and in-person.Maintain operations protocols in classes.Complete all administrative requirements associated with class preparation.Qualifications:Barre Certification (16 hours or more).Minimum 1 year teaching fitness classes.CPR and AED Training.At least 2 years of teaching group fitness classes preferred.High-energy, personable and passion for fitness with a team-first mentality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Teams.Strong communication skills.Reliability.Work Schedule:Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule including weekend, holiday and early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability.Chelsea Piers Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Chelsea Piers Fitness
