Must have Experience working as a Phlebotomist.

FloatR is a startup company transforming the healthcare industry by providing phlebotomists with flexible job opportunities through our easy-to-use app. Labs and clinics post job openings, and phlebotomists can review and accept or reject them at their convenience.

Part Time (approx 32 hours/week)
4a-11a Monday-Friday
Traveling from long term care/assisted living facility to facility to collect and process specimens utilizing personal vehicle. Ensuring specimens are stored appropriately and dropped off at the drop point by established time.
Drop Point: Oberlin, OH 44074
Routes are based on business need and subject to change.   

Responsibilities:

-Perform venipuncture and capillary draws for patients in clinical or home settings.

-Ensure patient comfort and address concerns during procedures.

-Label and process blood samples according to established protocols.

-Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.

-Maintain accurate records of blood collection activities.

-Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure the smooth operation of appointments.

-Stay up-to-date with state and local regulations regarding blood collection and laboratory testing.

Requirements:

-Must have experience working as Phlebotomist.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Access to reliable transportation to travel to job sites.

-Basic knowledge of lab equipment and patient safety protocols.
