Atlanta Dental Assistant School - Austell is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12-week hands-on clinical training programs.
- Schedule: Saturdays, 7:00 am – 6:30pm (breaks included). Note: teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability.
- Location: Powder Springs, GA 30127 (In-Person)
- Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
- Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
- Coach students during hands-on lab practice
- Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
- Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
- Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

Requirements:- 2+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience if you’re certified. +5 years of experience if you aren’t.
- Active Radiology Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
- Able to commute to location(s)
Nice-to-haves: prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, leadership background
