Dietary Aide

Excelcare Health Management, a renowned provider of rehabilitation and healing services, seeks a reliable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at ExcelCare At Dover. As a vital member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in supporting meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment for our residents. As a Dietary Aide , you will be responsible for assisting in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines, delivering trays to resident rooms and dining areas, and following portion control and sanitation procedures. You will also clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dishware, assist with food storage and inventory rotation, provide snacks and hydration as directed, and support special dietary needs and resident preferences. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines Deliver trays to resident rooms and dining areas Follow portion control and sanitation procedures Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dishware Assist with food storage and inventory rotation Provide snacks and hydration as directed Support special dietary needs and resident preferences Work collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting a plus Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Benefits: 401k with matching Daily Pay Employee Perks Program We are an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
